Md. Moinul Islam
Chairman
Md. Moinul Islam is a visionary leader with multifaceted experience in technical and project management.After completing his Marine engineering degree from Marine academy, Chittagong he perused higher study on Marine engineering from South Tyneside College, UK and obtained Class -1 certification from MCA, UK. He also obtained executive MBA degree from Royal Roads University, Canada. He attended Leadership development course in Maersk training center, Copenhagen, Human resource management course in Singapore apart from all other necessary courses required for sea service such as; Advance fire and safety, Security management, Workplace safety etc.
Worked through the ranks in different multinational shipping company, namely Barber Ship Management, Neptune Orient Line, Maersk line and Inco Ship management he worked as Chief engineer for more than Ten Years of his 23 years of sea carrier. After leaving the sea world, he worked in reputed multinational companies in various top management positions of different sectors like Hospitality, Engineering and Power. The organizations are Basic Dredging Company, Apollo Hospitals, Radisson Hotel Dhaka, The Westin Dhaka, Clarke Energy Bangladesh Ltd. and Bangla Trac Ltd. (Bangla Cat).
He has been recognized for his creative and innovative technical management style utilizing better human resource management to facilitate achieving financial goal for the growth of the respective organizations. Working in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment gave him the strength to unite and bring synergy in team members in difficult environment.
Mohammad Akhter Hossain
Managing Director
Mohammad Akhter Hossain has an excellent leadership capability and has vast experience in Telecom, Energy and industrial sector in multiple countries. He started his carrier in Siemens Bangladesh Ltd. In 2005 and since then worked 14 years in telecommunication industry in Nokia and Siemens in Bangladesh, Malaysia and Indonesia providing global support. Over that period, he leads multiple projects in Bangladesh, Malaysia and Indonesia as key solution architect worth Millions of dollars which helped multiple mobile operators to expand their network and improve quality of service. He has an excellent management capability to complete a project from Start to build and execution phase. He thrives for excellence and all his project goals were future proof to reduce the total cost of ownership.
Mr. Akhter obtained his Electrical and Electronics engineering degree from BUET (Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology). In his Professional carrier, he completed multiple Technical and technology course along with soft skills training.
Using his vast technical knowledge and experience, he started Sascon Infrastructure Ltd. In 2019. The goal of the company is to become a leading Electro-mechanical engineering solution provider with necessary infrastructure. In this company, he build a leadership team with young and experienced member who brought their knowledge and excellence in their respective fields. The main focus his company is in renewable energy sector, industry efficiency improvement and automation for better quality and user experience.
A H M Mahumudar Rahman
Project Execution and Management Director
Mr. Rahman has more than 15 years of extensive work experience across different sectors like Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals, textile industries, shipyard, financial institutions, foreign aided projects etc. Experienced in designing, capital machineries sourcing, erection, installation and commissioning along with civil construction, civil renovation, utility design and execution, International tender bidding, preparing Technical Feasibility, Business plans, Budgeting and Performance reporting. Excellent Project Management skills along with analytical and problem solving capabilities in engineering segments.
Mr. Rahman obtained his mechanical engineering degree from BUET (Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology)
Before joining SASCON, He was the CEO of Hexagon Engineering and Planning for 10 years. Also, he has worked with Apollo Hospitals Ltd as Engineering manager for 3years and Service Engineer in Tex-Trade Corporation (Distributor of textile machineries named Sucker-Muller-Hacoba GmbH & Co.).
KAZI SHERAJUL ISLAM
DIRECTOR (DESIGN & ENGINEERING)
Mr. Islam is one of the topmost designer and consultant of High voltage transmission line, Tower, Sub-station Gantry, Solar and Sub-marine cable in Bangladesh. In his 18+ years of versatile carrier, he has completed multiple EPC projects in Bangladesh, Malaysia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives as lead designer and consultant for High voltage power distribution system and Mobile network. He has built up a huge knowledge base and connection with several multinational company like Power China, Shanghai electric, ZTT international Ltd, Fujikura Ltd (Japan), CSTC (China), Hengton international Engineering Co. Ltd, Marubeni Corporation (Japan) and Eleris Energy LLC (USA). Using his vast connection and huge resource pool in China, USA and Japan, he is able to provide End to end design and consultancy for any kind of Power plant, solar plant, substation, distribution system and industrial electro-mechanical automation solution. He has contributed a lot in Bangladesh private power sector and worked with top power generation companies like Doreen power generation, Orion Powe, Summit and Paramount with great commitment and timely execution. He is well educated and experienced in preparing Technical Feasibility, Business plans, Budgeting and Performance reporting with analytical and problem-solving capabilities in engineering segments.
Mr. Islam obtained his mechanical engineering degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET). In his Professional carrier, he completed multiple Technical and Technology course along with soft skills training in India, Japan, Malaysia, and China.
Mr. Islam started his humble journey in Confidence Infrastructure Ltd. before starting his own design and consultancy farm. He is one of the founding Director of Sascon Infrastructure Ltd. He has the vision to make Sascon Infrastructure Ltd a leading engineering and infrastructure company with its great leadership team.
Md. Rashedul Islam Bhuiyan
Director (Sales & Marketing)
Mr. Rashedul has over 15 years of extensive work experience across industries. Experienced in preparing Technical Feasibility, Business plans, Budgeting and Performance reporting. Excellent Project Management skills along with analytical and problem solving capabilities in engineering segments. Rashedul has worked in different sectors like Construction management, Energy Management, Project Management, Service Industry and Genset Industry. Worked in compliance auditing, energy auditing, and other environmental as well as safety issues.
Mr. Rashedul obtained his mechanical engineering degree from BUET (Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology) and Advanced Certificate in Business Administration (ACBA) from IBA, DU. He has also completed CEA (Certified Energy Auditor) Certification from AEE, USA. Apart from engineering he is also certified Auditor for ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems.
Before joining SASCON, his last assignment was Thermax Dhaka Liaison office as a Country Head. Also, he has worked with Clarke Energy Bangladesh Limited (Distributor of Jenbacher Gas Genset) and Bangla Trac Limited (Dealer of Caterpillar Inc.)
