ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT
All technical and administrative activities of the organization are supervised and monitored by the full-time professionals with outstanding career. Each of the departments of SIL is operated, supervised and monitored by the members to ensure a continuous and effective control on all activities throughout the duration of the Project.
Brief Journey of SASCON Infrastructure Limited
SASCON Infrastructure Limited (SIL) was founded with the vision to become a leading engineering and Infrastructure Company to support customer with integrity and highest quality. It is formed from multiple proprietor and partnership farms namely Hexagon Engineering and Planning (HEP), Leads Construction & consultancy (LCC) and Sascon Engineering. The main goal of the company is to provide one stop solution to customer for its all engineering and infrastructure requirements. This organization has a group of highly qualified professionals from BUET who are utterly committed to provide quality services and also to work in challenging environment with greater responsibility and efficiency.
Hexagon Engineering and Planning (HEP) started its humble journey in 2006 by a team of qualified engineers and other professionals possessing long standing experience in various fields of engineering activities with a target to play a significant role in engineering & trading sector in Bangladesh. HEP started the journey by undertaking the challenges of engineering sector and was determined to exist with excellence in trading and engineering field such as HVAC system, Fire & safety, Power and Utility system, building Architecture design, Interior design, and supply of heavy machinery in construction and industrial sector.
In year 2017 LEADS construction and consultancy firm was formed to cater High Voltage transmission line design & construction to serve growing demand of the country. Later HEP & LEEDS realize to form a single company from where they can provide end-to-end solutions and quality works in the field of Transmission systems, hence Sascon
Engineering was formed in 2018.
SASCON Infrastructure Limited was founded in 2021 and established as a Private Limited Company on the Joint Stock Exchange with the objective of “Becoming one of the finest engineering solution providers in the country” and the company motto is “Our Expertise to Your Industry.”
Though SIL is founded in 2021 in paper, but it is literally an 18 years experienced organization. The first journey has been started through its parental firm Hexagon Engineering and planning. In 2017 HEP collaborates with another potential firm Leads Construction and consultancy (LCC) to expand its business line in high voltage transmission grid. The final evolution of these three excellent organizations is SASCON Infrastructure Limited.
